I have managed to get Autobot working in max for live
Autobot is an external for max that allows the simulation of key presses.
So all the ableton shortcuts are available!!

does this method work when the Live window isnt in focus? For example if another Max window is open infront of it and it sends a delete key, surely Live would not detect that?

using the aka. object you have to focus on Live first but I remember the OSCulator application let you choose wich application will receive the key strikes.
So if OSCulator can do it some others could.

Ok well I have been looking around for the Autobot external but cannot find it anywhere. Would anybody with this external be able to upload it?
