LIVE 4 and Reason tempo problem...

Never had this one before:

STart a simple song with a simple drumbeat...120 bpms

LAunch Reason and the Millisecond the first Reason screen is up, the tempo just about doubles...There is NO EXTERNAL slave selected..LIVE is the master.

Anyone else have this problem?

I had problems with the Tempo while i loaded the next Song. The solution was: Systemcofig./Sounds/No Soundpattern!
Mayby it works by your Problem too!

I had this problem when my AU "Augusutus Loop" was made as a host tempo. If I used more more than one of these, the second one activates around 999.0 bpm. It's just a amazing how number could rize.

There's a trouble in Live4's EXT bpm system.

I'm using a AU plug-in called "Augustus Loop V1.1" to generate Host Tempo Midi Clock.
Live4 will follow this plug-in's tempo when the EXT button is pressed on the Live4's upper screen.
Yes, Live4 is set to recieve Midi Clock from this plug-in in the Live4's preference menu.
So far so good.
Live4 will follow the exact tempo from this plug-in.

However, when you use another "Augustus Loop", the second plug-in same as the first one, it does not follow the Host Tempo which the first one is generating.
Augustus Loop has the function of sending the Midi Clock as the Host Tempo and recieving Midi Clock as a slave.

Can the Live4 recieve and transfer the Midi Clock to multiple plug-ins at the same time ?
I checked the Live4's Midi Clock Out, but can't select mutiple AU plug-ins for this. I don't think I even have to do this since the output is selected to the External-hardware-synths.

I need this first plug-in to be the Host Tempo, and let Live4 and rest of the plug-ins to follow this.
This will function perfectly in Numerology.
Live4 can't.

This is the details that I had sent to the manufacture of the "Augustus Loop".
The creater had checked this problem and he also had the same effect in Live4. It didn't work.
He found out Live4 is having this problem, while the Numerology works perfectly.

but I still can't work the multie Augustus Loop in synced BPM function.

Yes, the First Augustus is generating midi clock as a Host
Tempo.(stop-continue-clock)
This one is located in the first audio track in my Live4.
Ableton Live4 is set to recieve EXT Midi Clock from this First Augustus.
So far so good with this setting. Works perfectly.
Thanks with the great help and advice you gave me.

The second Augustus, however, is located in the second audio track of Live4
with "Host Tempo" button pressed.
It does not sync to the First Augustus, the host tempo, at all.
When "Host Tempo" is pressed with the second Augustus, it's bpm parameters
show that it's activating in a tempo of 999.0, while the First August is
genrating around 98 bpm.
The second Augustus will activate either in 999.0 bpm, or 48x.x bpm, or the
bpm which the Live4 was setted before syncing to the First Augustus. It
just won't change at all from these parameters.
The second Augustus is not syncing to the First Augustus, while the Live4 is
syncing to the First Augustus perfectly.

I tried to change the parameters of the Second Augustus from
"Stop-Start-Clock" to "none-none-none" or "none-none-clock" with "Host
Tempo" always pressed.
Nothing has improved with this so far.

The First Augustus is setted to "Stop-Continue-Clock"
It works perfectly with the Live4.

Is there anything that I'm missing here ?
Is it impossible to let the second Augustus to sync with the First Augustus
?
I would like the Live4 and rest of the Augustus to sync to the First
Augustus.
It would be great if I had five Augustu synced to the First Augustus all
together.

All I could come up is either the settings with the second Augustus should
be changed,
or to chage the Live4's preference with the "MIDI Clock".
I tried by changing the "Midi Clock" to "Midi Timecode" in Live4.
Tried every parameters through "Smpt All" to "Smpte 24 Fps",
but nothing seem to work.

Please help me.

I think Live4's tempo function needs to be fixed.
The auto-warp recording won't work properly in this situation, too.

Hello.

I'm the one who sent there was a trouble with the Au "Augustus Loop v1.1"

Noticed another trouble when using multiple BPM type AUs.
When Live4 is a slave to a certain AU that generates Midi-clock as a host,
Live4 cannot warp-and-record in this Host's tempo.
Live4 only records in the number of tempo which the Live4 was set to
before Live4 became a slave to this plug-ins.

If the Live4 was set to 104 BPM and became a slave to 80 BPM,
it will record (ex,Resampling) in it's original tempo, 104 BPM.

Can we solve this problem, please.

I have exactly the same problem as that described above...is anyone else? Is a fix forthcoming? Very disappointing
