I know that 320 is the best MP3 you can get. What is VBR....and how does it compare?

off the top of my head.
Constant bit rate is mp3 files which will stay the same bitrate thoughout the track.
VBR mean "variable bit rate". i think it drops/increases bit rate when needed to sustain quality but keep a smaller sized file.

thats off the top of my head tho.
either way, VBR sucks. 320 ftw.
