whats the video like? is it more for newbies, or would a reasonably long term but still surprisingly incompetent user like myself get some value out of it? Im surprised there are no details on the site about what is covered in it or how long it is.

One piece of constructive advice though - the instructor (in the sample clip) does a lot or umm, errrm, errrr, kind of sounds, which maybe could have been edited a bit more to make them less frequent and he could use a little more variety of intonation in his voice. I am sure he knows his stuff, but he sounds a little hesitant and bland in places due to the aforementioned issues.

Got it, don't like the player software you have to use (on pc). No rewind or fast forward and no option to go fullscreen, unlike the streaming sample clip. Not very impressed really, can't really complain for $4.99 but I wouldn't be at all happy if I'd paid full price for it.
