AKAI Pro support sucks

Wrote them about a broken fader on my APC 40 more than one week ago.
No answer.

yes they do have one of the worst
check these guys out, they sell spare parts for Akai products
and they respond.

Ahhh...f*ck.
The support told me i have to contact one of the akaipro dealers. But none of them had the damn fader on stock.
