Cannot Call Technical Support

Hey, I've tried countless times calling tech support. I've the number on the website and I've successfully called Customer Care but they tell me to call the same number. When I call tech support, it doesn't ring for 30 seconds, it starts humming then the line is busy or they hang up. What gives?

I am calling on a land line in Ontario...

I´m sorry to hear that - on some days we have constant calls but usually if you try it a few times you´ll get through.
Also, i apologize for the delay in e-mail response, we´ll work on this as well.

Ive tried countless time as well!! its always busy! Even at 3 am its busy. I find this to be crazy! Even the tech support email isnt very efficient.
