factory presets not appearing

I can't access any of the factory presets for any effect or instrument in live. I definately have the folders containing all the files for them on my desktop. What am i doing wrong?

Hello mrshow01,

Make sure that they are in your Live application folder.
Make sure you have the corresponding Live version open.
