Can't Download Live 4.0.4

I'm entering my serial correctly. When the download option screen comes up I choose 20mb download without samples. Click download - it takes me back to enter serial page. Trying to d/l Windows English version. Any reason for this problem? Cookies enabled - medium security IE. Never had this problem before. Has 4.0.4 been withdrawn?

This is a cross-platform problem as I am on a Mac PowerBook G4 with Mac OS X 10.3.5. I ended up downloading the 4.04 demo and when I started it up it already had my serial number on it, so you can try that.

Try this link. Replace the XXXX with your serial number. It's the only way that worked for me.

This seems to work ok. Wonder why the usual way doesn't work for some of us?

I have tried to use the workaround but am still having problems trying to download the new update, does anyone know of another way to get the update to download.
