I always dabble in this style. Just never play it out :)

I'd like to offer my services for your netlabel when you get it going.

big fan of the style(s) here...

I really dig Basic Channel as well as Deep Chord who I have been lucky to catch (DEMF a few years ago...).

If anyone would care to share some recording tips on this style that would be great... I pretty much just lower the BPM's and use a bunch of Delay. Live's Ping Pong delay works wonders for that style!

I'd love to submit some of my work once you get the site up...

Let me know where I can send it-

You can add me to the list of minimal fans. By far my favorite style of music. I really like the stuff on Kompakt records among others.

When I get time I'm going to really explore producing BC-stylee tracks.

As regards getting "those" sounds there are some starting points. Have you got Reaktor 4 ?

If so, there are several presets for Vierring (one has the name Dub in the title) which are as near as damn it BC.

Also Akkord in the new NI Electronic Instruments 2 is promising.....

OK! thanks for your interest :P

I see some good stuff here. Is time to explain my idea.
I don't want a vinyl label, nor a mp3 netlabel, nor an online community... I thought a netlabel but with ABLETON RELEASES. So it's from Artists to Artists (A2A :P )

Is very difficult to work with the same studio setup, so we have to keep it as simple as we can. For example use only 4 tracks on each song. in order to let the others add the song in other LiveSet to play live.

We have to discuss maaaany things, so I'm going to make a forum at www.livestuff.net ... nice name eh?

There are one Zip file (about 13 Mb) with a deep house "TrackSet" (and it's loops) done by myself, just to start testing how you work with. It's there... believe me! heheheh

And... When you download it you have to write a password. By now, i only want to share with people who want to be involved with the proyect. So e-mail me guys.
