Beatlookup + Ableton - no audio???

Hey fellas,

After much mucking about and research trying to get my apc40 working how I want it too I've come across the Reaktor "beatlookup" ensemble.
THings never are as easy as you hope they would be but this has got me stumped.

I'm routing audio to the master channel in ableton which I have loaded the beatlookup.ens onto.
I'm using midiclips to fire midi signals into the plugin.
However, in the plugin gui I can see audio going into beatlookup but nothing is coming out.
I've searched the NI forums to no avail and the routing table in the plugin itself is a mind mash.
Does anyone have any tips for getting this badboy working? Am I being incredibly blind?

routing through this bitch is a nightmare!

I want beatlookup to use the audio from ableton not from loaded wavs. but how do i change the input of beatlookups buffer?
