Can anyone view this vid and tell me:
1. How to slice the sample and view it like he could
2. How to select several slices and shrink them all at once like he did to give quick little hits.

Easy, Midi, Drumrack Way:
- Right click, select slice to drumracks. Choose 1/16 or 1/32 whatever he used
- Adjust the start points of the simpler in each of the pads/sounds
- You can then re-arrange the slices in the midi editor
OG, Detailed, Waveform Way:
- Put drum break on Arrange View
- Put the cursor where you want to cut the sound and hit Command/Control + E to slice, repeat, etc
- Option drag the sounds to the desired locations in a new audio track below the original loop
2.
- Highlight the slices you want to shrink
- Drag the endpoint left to shorten the hits
Re: Trifonic Tutorial Questions
So, onto their latest tutorial http://nextstepaudio.com/ on FM synthesis 101 (cont), is there any way you can get any of the carriers in Operator to feed back on itself, like Brian does with the Logic FM synth?

Click on the Osc A shell and on the right you'll see a feedback parameter or go to p386 in the manual for more informationSo, onto their latest tutorial http://nextstepaudio.com/ on FM synthesis 101 (cont), is there any way you can get any of the carriers in Operator to feed back on itself, like Brian does with the Logic FM synth?
