Whats a good midi keyboard controller for abelton?

Any ideas or suggestions for what kind of midi keyboard controller would be best in combination with the Novation Launchpad?
I have my apc 40 in the control surface under the miki sync in preferences, but its not showing op in the input and output tabs. How do i get it to show up there. I have all the drivers for the apc 40 and its all connected. Any ideas?

I have a akai professional mpk25 and it's nice.

I'm contemplating selling my BCR2000 and LPK25, for a M-audio Oxygen8 mk3 25 or 49, to go with my launchpad.
I really don't need a million knobs that the BCR2K has at the moment, and the LPK25 is quite limiting.

I hear those MPKs explode a lot.
