Cant's get ableton to sync with already prepared tracks

HI All,

I'm new to Ableton. I have got a song already prepared that has some simple rhythms and some complex ones and when i import them into ableton it just uses its beat finder to sync it to the tempo which is not what i want to happen. I just want to import them into it and use abletons effects and a few loops with it but i can't work out how to stop it from changing the length of the loops. Is there anyway to just import the sounds with out ableton interfering with the time???

Uncheck the WARP button in each clip.
