Hi,
I have a M-Audio MobilePre soundcard. Once I start my computer, the first time I start Ableton Live 4 the audio is terrible!!! Then I close the program, start it again and the sound is OK. It seems that Ableton Live isn't able to initialize correctly the sound engine the first time or something like that...
I have the same problem in 2 different computers with 2 different software configurations so I guess that it is a general problem with Live4 + M-Audio MobilePre (Asio drivers).
Unfortunatelly I didn't get any answer from Ableton or M-Audio support..
Could someone with a M-Audio MobilePre soundcard confirm me please that he hasn't got the problem discribed when using Live4???
Thanks!!!
Jon

I have a similar problem with an iBook.
The audio starts to degenerate into complete silence and the only way to get it back is resetting audio prefs to internal (or off) and back.
No useful info from their support people yet.
iBook 800mHz 640m RAM Live 4.04 Mobile pre (latest drivers).

Thanks!!!!
Just wanted to know if there was anyone with the same problem. I already reported to M-Audio and Ableton support that it seems to be a "general" error of the M-Audio MobilePre (Asio drivers) + Live 4 but I don't know if they will fix it in the near future...
