Download uninstaller : http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html

Download installer: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

- quit ALL apps

- run uninstaller

- run installer

- repair permissions (Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility) as Adobe sets them always wrong
