New song from FLA. Shows off Live 4.
We, FLA (Front Line Assault) have finished a song, Nemesis, entirely in Live 4.
It uses 8 Auto Filters, 30 other Live 4 effects, 4 Vanguards, 1 Prophet-5, 1 RM-IV, and many other VST, AU, and samples.

Hope you all like it and hope Ableton like it.
*nudge nudge* artists *cough* area *nudge* article.
Maybe, ya never know.[/url]

you are NOT FLA
Question: Why would you use a name that is so close to an already established and known band (who've been around for years, known as Front Line Assembly) especially when you are doing the typical done-to-death house crap that doesn't even compare to the REAL FLA!?!?!
If you can't be original with your music, at least be original with your band name!
(can you tell the boards are pissing me off today!?)

True, it ain't WHAT you say, it's HOW you say it. Putting your music up and asking people what they think though, you should be prepared for some unfavourable responses too. Personally, although very far from anything I'd choose to listen to for various reasons, the sound does prove that sonically high quality results are possible with Live. (If it was indeed done 100% in Live)

To defend "i.w." it is such a horrible time of the year in Europe and I guess Switzerland is even worse then Frankfurt, November here is the worst combination of time, place and weather I know.
Perhaps this well done but not the most innovative piece of music was just a drop too much. It is absolutely depresive day, am I right "infwar."?
Hard to say something without a context who you people are. For young enthusiasts of the kind of style - excellent job. Otherwise it is a fact that it is stereotypes worn to death, afterlife and coming incarnations, but being able to skillfully reconstruct a stereotype is not all that easy, so respect. Harsh critic justified or not, shouldnt put you down ( believe my it is a f..up day" here in Europe) but think, instead of just dismissing, "what an idiot", analise what could you do better.
You know "how" to make it, which is great, you learned your tools, the next would be giving more of yourself , "your story", your life, your flavour. You learned lots of stuff, that can be heard this sample, now shouldnt let yourself be bound by "how" and concentrate on "what" you play.
