Ability to create folders for AU plugins browsing on mac

This would help a lot to organize plugs by type (instruments, delays, EQs...) and not by
brand.

Thanks!

I had this wish for Logic as well ... unfortunately this "organizing by brand feature" is built in to either the plugin , core audio or both so the Abes are not going to be able to do anything about it .

Reaper and Studio One seperate AUs into Instruments and Effects. Live just sorts by brand. Not quite as spiffy as what the original poster wanted, but it would cut down on some of the clutter a little bit.
I don't 'produce.' I write music.
