I just thought someone might find this a useful read. the audio examples are horrible though ignore those.

hey I found the section on poly-rhythm really very useful. Thanks! I can't believe I've made it this far into music over the years without understanding syncopation and poly-rhythms! They are so basic and easy to understand yet intensely useful.
