Launching clips problem

Post by Dirk Bigler » Mon Mar 08, 2010 10:25 am

Hopefully this is a simple question someone can help me with.

I have warped a few old tracks at the weekend, some were recorded from vinyl. They all appear to be spot on and run with the metronome from start to fnish.

I have some small loops at the end of the tracks and on a couple when I trigger the new track to play, it doesnt play for a couple of seconds and then comes in at the wrong time. I have set quantisation to one.

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Thanks in advance for any help.

does the play button on the clip flash before it comes in? if yes then you need to adjust your quantization again.

if the play button is lit up like the clip should be playing then check the start marker in your clip view

It does flash, but quantisation on all clips is set to 1?

well if it's playing later than you want it to try a smaller quantization value, or even just global
