Using the undo button in Kontakt 3.5 keeps crashing Live....

Anyone else having this problem?

Whenever I start editing something in Kontakt and I want to undo what I have just done, using the undo button causes Live to crash. Either that or it freezes up first and then it will crash.

I've emailed Ableton support but I was just curious as to whether anyone else had similar issues?

Which version of ableton?

I have a had a good deal of success with kontakt 4 not that this helps you out.

Just curious what did Ableton say about the crashing issue??

yeah native instruments plugs are shit , they always crash .

Hi guys thanks for your replies.

I'm using Live 8.1.1 - bought & paid for - same with Kontakt.

I was looking at Kontakt 4 but I'm not sure it offers enough of a difference for me to justify upgrading from 3.5. I think I'll hang on for a bit. With any luck they will start to include some similar sound mangling and sample manipulation stuff found in Camel Audio Alchemy. That would be wicked. Really tempted by that plug at the moment, so much scope there for sample based creativity and more besides.

Anyhow, back on topic!

Ableton have yet to respond to my email so I guess time will tell! I will post up the gist of their response when it comes...
