can any other daw do what cubase's time warp does?

this video shows the basics of cubase's time warp function.
seems simple huh?
the only other daw i know of that can do this is logic..

the thing is my mac is kinda old (i mainly use pc) and i dont really like the cubase work flow.

does anyone know if you can do this in pro tools or something else?


and if anyone from ableton hq is reading PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE!!!!!!!


this feature is really needed for those of use who like to record real instruments without having them sound super mechanical.
