make a midi clip copying itself?

Post by laurentius » Sun Apr 04, 2010 9:10 pm

wondering if this could work: i wanna record a mididrumclip into a scene. if i now trigger the second scene i'd love to still playpack the freshly recorded drumclip from scene one. so i thought about auto copying itself into the next scene. i'm sure m4l would make this possible. if i only knew how ;-)

cheers,
laurentius

no auto copying needed. Just erase the stop/record button on the clip slot below the one from the first midi-clip (ctrl-e). Then triggering the second scene doesn't affect the playback of the clip in the first scene. It continues to play.
