Question on Aphex twin's production.. please help

In an old aphex twin interview he says at 3.07 mins in he says he spectrally extracts elements from peoples voices and maps them to his own. Does any1 have any idea how to do this?

programs like alchemy, adobe audition can translate sound to a picture or FFT analyze to partials, then u just cut out what u want spectrally.

yeah.. I remember an interview where he said he dreams himself making the tune all night..
then he just has to wake up and actually re-do what he did in his dream..
he continued to say...
that he has 4 totally different studios completely one for each mood..
and also that he bought a nuclear submarine...
when asked about 303s ..he replied that he uses 'Raveolution' synth instead
