Selling music on iTunes

Could someone point me in the direction of an idiots guide on how I go about selling my own music on iTunes?

sign up for tunecore.com or sell CDs through CD baby and they will put your music on itunes for you. I don't know/think there is a way to just get music on there yourself.

As you're in the UK, search AWAL or Ditto Music.

tunecore, cd baby, record union are all good ways to get your music on Itunes and also Amazon, Rhapsody, and many other download sites.
