Import Filter for Sampler?

Is there any way to automap raw wav files into sampler, ie. intelligent filtering that can use the number in the file title or even analyze the pitch to accurately automap the files across the keyboard? When I drag and drop a bunch of samples of this type into sampler, it simply maps every single sample all the way across the keyboard, which sounds terrible. Thanks.
