Unable to MAP midi with MPK49

Hello all,

Let me begin by saying I apologize if I'm missing a thread here. After 2 hours of googing it I'm making one to ask my question. Hope you can help.


I'm using the Akai MPK49 and a macbook pro 17 with live 8.1.1


I cannot map anything, I can control the keyboard sounds etc. But I can't map ANYTHING new with my controller. I don't have any idea why.

Make sure you enable "Remote" for the MPK49 in Live's Preferences > MIDI > Input.
