Still using ableton 7 on a xp box.
Can I get a list of codex plugs, and other programs known to interfere with the use this program.

It's not on that list but there's an issue with Fabfilter's plugins that they say Ableton has been working on for a while. Automation gets bypassed and crazy knob movements occur. I've experienced both. Forget NI, Waves and all the big boys, just make sure Soundtoys, Fabfilter, Stillwell and Cytomic work. I need mix effects, the rest I can do myself. While I'm being demanding M4L & Spectrasonics cannot go down. Just fix my plugins basically, the ones I use a lot

Don't install Excel 97! As this is what Live originally began as (then morphing into "session" view), some of the excel shared components will screw up your Live installation.

You are so dry! I sometimes feel like I'm using excel.
