ok, here's the deal.
i have a live set going, DJ style. if i sit there for a minute or so, my midi doesn't take, and i have to turn my knob all the way to the left or all the way to the right. this fux me up because i need to make midi changes with effects on the fly and if i have to do the "turn fader all the way up and back down again" to make midi work, that's bad.
thanks for any input. is this just my device? i'm using an mpd24.

Hi Sk8board,
open Midi/Sync preferences, set the Takeover Mode to "None".

or try value scaling if you don't like how the knob jumps as soon as you turn itsk8board wrote:thanks a TON!! i'll give that a shot.jok wrote:Hi Sk8board,
