Latency and External Kaoss Pad FX.

Hello everybody, this is my second topic in the support center...

I have a Korg Kaoss KP3 external FX box/sampler connected to my soundcard and my midi controller is set up to send audio to it Via the EXTERNAL FX plugin.

My problem is that I've adjusted my latency to a high latency (I'm using a lot of plugins so I need it on this setting...)

with the following stats:

Buffer Size:528 samples
Input Latency: 13.9ms
Output: 19.8ms
Driver Error: -33.63 ms
Overall Latency = 0 . 00 ms.

Now On the return track of the audio from my KP3, everything is set to 0.00.

Regardless of the fact that the software is informing me I have 0 latency, There is still a discrepancy that I am unable to fix with my ear alone.

This is a major problem for my setup considering I routinely need to be able to send audio in perfect sync to the KP3 and back into ableton..

Any help on fixing this discrepancy?

You know, KP3 sends midi out from the pad?

You could use that to control internal effects

Yes I know.. however the idea was to be able to send out any loop I had going at any given time to the KP3, so I can use the built in FX to play with it while layering more loops on top of it.

I have my controller mapped to send audio from any desired channel into the KP3.

above that, i can't seem to figure out how to properly midi map the kaoss pad to my liking.

when i try to map the X/Y pad, its glitchy and twitchy and doesn't work like I would expect it to...no good tutorials for it anywhere online either that i can find!

Bump, please ^^' Still having issues here and have a big gig coming on friday.

If nothing else I simply won't use the Kaoss Pad, but really would love to make it work correctly!
