I am scouring the internet... searched and searched the forums... I must not be using the proper terminology. I want to be able to archive and/or share a live set with someone who does not have live 8 share capability.
I thought there was a way to have ableton pack up an entire live set, every track and audio file, into a compressed single file that can be unpacked on another machine or used as an archive...
How do I do this?
pack up a live set for sharing?
Re: pack up a live set for sharing?
On the top left of the screen click File > Manage Files and the File Management window will open on the right.
Then click Manage Project and you'll see a section called Packing second from bottom. Click on the small triangle if it isn't already expanded then click Create Live Pack.
