How long shall I wait for email reply from support?

I have two problems with Live 8.1.3:

one is with my launchpad,

the second one is my RAM constantly filling up while audio clip is running, which ends up in sound pauses.

These two seperate problems where reported to [email protected], first case (Case ableton384721) starded 3 weeks ago, but after sensing a link to a video I`ve got no response.

I`m still waiting for reply from case #2 (Case ableton392541). How long shall I wait before getting mad that my software is NOT working correctly?
