Missing Live Devices in suite 8.1.3 trial

hey people

i've installed the live intro trial, then wanted to use operator, and installed the live suite 8.1.3 trial.
problem is, i don't have operator or any other instruments in the live devices list!
I installed the instrument pack, preferences show them as "installed" and yet - can't see them.

tried removing and reinstalling, restarting, repairing the library.
isn't the trial version supposed to be full?

arrrrrrrrhhh!

i'm running a macbook pro (10.6).

So either try to re-authorize using Suite or re-apply for a Suite demo license.

well, ableton's crew isn't responding yet, i'be sent them two emails already.
it appears that doing re-authorization for a different product thru the website isn't possible.
