My first post. Opinions?

This is my first time sharing a track. Just finished this today. Let me know what you think. Go ahead, be brutal. I can take it.

This is a really nice start to a track. Over all the volume seems really low compared to most tracks. I feel like this track needs a central focal point like a melody or something. Everything you have here is nice, but it all seems like it is backing something, nothing is taking center stage in the mix, it's all pushed back and reserved. This leads to the drop you have not really bringing the energy it should. I mean you bring in the faster beats, and the layers back, but it just kind of sits there all limp, when it should be standing straight up in your face screaming "Here we go!"

Welcome KPM! Once again, my buddy Hautle has good observation and mentioned some things for you to consider. For your first post I think you did very well. I hope to hear more from you as you develop. Thanks for sharing.
