You can change the tempo of Live's playback by entering a tempo in the name of a Scene and then launching the scene.

Thus, a scene called "120 BPM" will cause Live to play at 120 BPM when launched.

Is this what you mean?

Are you renaming the scene or the clips? I believe it only works on scenes.

Are you playing the midi clips from within ez?
I know it has a midi player of some sort.
I'm not sure but they should follow the session tempo.
If they don't, can you extract them into the clip slots?

if playing midi beats from within ez drummers player press play in live {so live is running even if no clips are playing} it will then follow tempo.

I use drums on demand, they are audio files I think I read on here some where that its not possable to change tempos in a song. Is that correct? If not , I would love to know how to do this. tx jeff

if you are using ez drummer in live and want to change tempo within set, just add break points to master tempo envelope accordingly (or indeed the individual envelope on the track for the drums if that is the only tempo you want to change)... hope this helps
