Best way to install Live Suite on a new laptop

I have a new laptop and want to put Ableton on it.

The software discs I have are for Live Suite 7, and over the months I've made the online updates to get to the latest version- on my old laptop.

What's the best approach for getting Ableton up to date on the new laptop? Use the original discs as the starting point, or download the most recent version from the Abes?

I want to do it quick as I can, and don't want to loose any of my suite content. Thanks for any help!!

Download the Suite installer for your version here:
www.ableton.com/latest_versions, install it and install the additional content from the DVD´s then.
