Performing with cool controllers

Post by Moldybreadman » Wed Nov 24, 2004 11:41 pm

If I want to do more than stand behind my computer during a performance, what kind of cool controllers can I use to manipulate effects on stage? And what kind of interface? I use a mac. Anyone? Anyone?

This might be rather prosaic by comparison, but I get a lot of joy out of Live and one of these:

It's cool that not only does the controller control Live, but if you move settings in Live the controller follows you too.

Once saw Tsuyoshi Suzuki dressed as Rambo with an M16 which had
knobs and buttons embedded in it. There were pics on the net around at
the time, but since I've searched and can't find anything.
