SIMPLE SYNC KAOSSILATOR PRO WITH ABLETON LIVE, ANYONE?

Hi all,
I hope someone can help me out here. I've looked around a lot on the Ableton en Korg forum but cannot seem to find the answer.

My question:

I want to sync my Kaossilator Pro with Ableton Live and the best/most stable way.

I tried something with a midi cable hooked up with Motu UltraLite-mk3 Hybrid audio interface (midi-out) to my Kaossilator Pro (midi in) but cannot get it to work at all. There is no BPM sync (Ableton Live is the master). Also with my USB cable I cannot get it to work...

Anyone has any ideas?

In Live's MIDI preferences make sure you have the Sync option turned on for the MOTU midi out port.

Hi Tarekith, thanks for helping and replying. I appreciate that.
Do you have the ame interface? Can you help me out some more?
- Do you have a screenshot of can you tell me more exactly what midi-in of midi-out setting to be configured?
- What sync type do I have to use?
- What setting do I have to make on the chaossilator Pro so that it will receive the tempo/BPM signal?

Is midi sync the best option of can it be done (or is it better) doing it by USB cable?
