Am I missing something - bought Live Suite 8 pieces missing

Am I missing something here

I bought the boxed version of Live Suite 8 from the University Bookstore

However, operator, sampler, electric etc are not included in the instruments folder

also, when I try to authorize Live it tells me the serial number is disabled

does anyone know what's going on here or am I doing something wrong?

eligibility for educational discounts

You are eligible for an educational discount if you are:

* a student currently enrolled in full-time educational studies, ranging from primary school up to advanced degree programs.
* a student in a part-time program that consists of 20 hours or more study time per week, or one that runs for 12 months or more. The area of studies is irrelevant.

* a teacher who is currently employed full- or part-time at a school or university in any field. Part-time and private teachers must work at least 20 hours per week to qualify.

So basically I need to send them a copy of my student ID and drivers license

But what's up with the missing software, or will that be unlocked and usable when I unlock the software?

Cool, I'll sit tight until Monday. Thanks for the help. This is by far one of the more responsive forums out there.

In the meantime I downloaded the 30 day free trial license. I'm pretty excited to get back into some music production now that I have a little free time this summer, plus a new computer.
