Wait input for start playing or recording

anyone knows how to start recording when i start playing ?

There's currently no wait-note-start feature in Ableton. Used to have this in Studio Vision, used it all the time but have rarely seen it implemented well in other software since. Now that Live handles midi it should be a no-brainer of a decision to put it in.
