i cut up a short audio clip (for the sake of clarity, we'll say it's now in four, separate, clips: harder, better, faster, stronger, for example).
how can i map each one of the four to my midi keyboard's keys/drum pads? i tried using the impulse instrument and an empty drum rack, but when i play one of them, it only plays a very small slice of it (for example, i press the key and it plays "har-" and cuts off, instead of "harder"). i played with the settings in impulse but couldn't figure anything out. i suppose it'd be like making a soundboard of clips, but when i searched that on here/google, nothing came up.
