Sorry guys, probably it is my inexperience.
But what I want to do I cannot find. I have some (midi)clips running. On top of that I record some looper-things. Now I want to speed up the whole thing, but -of cause- without changing pitch. That seems unpossible. Or???
Thanks,
Peter
Tempo change but no Looper pitch change?
Re: Tempo change but no Looper pitch change?
This is not possible. The Looper is designed to use speed as the method for stretching the audio. There are no options to change that. Speed causes pitch change. If you are able to move the clip into an audio clip slot, instead of being inside the looper, then you will be able to choose a different Warp method and preserve the pitch.
Re: Tempo change but no Looper pitch change?
Thanks a lot for confirming my doubts.
But strange it is: I have this nice groove running with loopers. Why would it be impossible to speed this thing up?
But you can't have it all, I guess.
Thanks again.
