Ableton Document is Corrupt, Won't Open, Non-Unique List IDs

Hi Ableton Forum!

I'm trying to open up a document (a song project) I was just working on yesterday. I'm working in Live 8.1.3.

However, when I try to open it up, I get the message that The document "______" is corrupt. (Non-unique list ids)

Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

Please advise! Your help is appreciated!
