Refuse and Protools w/ Live

Hey guys need your help if you can.

I really want to use Live w/Protools, the main reason is to record vocals . and live instument tracks. I just got the Mbox and it pretty sweet. I read about ReFuse and it looks like it's the only resource . Any hints or cheats on how to use Protools with Live ?

finally someone with an mbox, I want one also, but only if it does prelistening with live, please tell me that it does, and what is the model and spec of the machine you're using it with?

on the refuse note, it might be better to ask on a digi forum or call up the refuse people cause i have'nt ever seen any one mention it on here.
