I think that the automation possibilities in Live are the best and esiest I have ever seen. It is only available in the arranger though(or is it not?).
I suggest the following:
The ability to automate parameters in session view for each loop as long as it lasts. This means that I could have a couple of drum and percusion loops rolling, each of them using filters and effects of any kind. To this add a 8 bar bass with automated lowpass filter. You record it and can edit it in the loop/file view.
What do you think about that??
