Seeing BeatTime and Actual Time

Post by Yaerek » Thu Jul 22, 2010 10:36 am

Hi. I've been playing with several versions of Ableton (5,6,7,8)
and noticed that in earlier version (5) I was able to see both, the beat-time (measures) and the actual time (seconds)
of the clip at the same time (while warping).

In version 8, I am no longer able to do it. I see one or the other but not both at the same time.
Any ideas how to make it visible again? Is it possible to see the beattime and the actual time of the clip at the same time (both in warp and without warp)?

Best Regards,
Yaerek

thats what i resorted to.-just keep it on my master and also uncheck the closing/minimizing plugin status in live options. then i just select my master via midi and i have a giant clock in my grill.
