Live counts like "1,2,3,4" before starting playing a song

I have re-installed OS X and I'm currently setting up Live 7 from the basics.

Now my main issue is about starting playing a song: I'm trying to set my M-Audio O2 (MIDI) to do some DJing.

I have assigned some keys to "Start/Play" in Live 7.

BUT: when I press those keys, Live performs such a count "one, two, three, four" and then starts playing. The same happens when I try to stop them.

How do I set the program in such a way that when I press a key, it will start playing immediately?

Check the global quantisation setting in the top middle of the screen, and also the clip's quantisation setting. Set these to "none" as appropriate to get the clips to launch immediately.
