Can't duplicaite breakpoints ?

Wondering why my breakpoints aren't being copied when I duplicate a segment of a track ? The breakpoint changes are only shown in that original segment(in this case an 8 bar loop) but not the duplicates of it. I know this must be possible. Please help.

Im using Live 8.1

Is the little lock icon at the upper right of the arrangement lit up? It tells Live to lock all the envelopes in place and should be off when you want to copy envelopes.

ah yes, was just looking at that lock assuming it was somehow related to the set markers
