Stop me from thinking I'd need NI Maschine...
...so, please implement a sample manager and create a dedicated pad controller that is able to control browser, clips, fx, automation - everything. As a concept with all the clips, tracks & scenes Live can already work like Maschine, but it would be so cool if there would be something that could offer such a tight integration and a fast workflow like Maschine (i.e. a sample manager and loading samples via the controller, for instance). Using Live with an APC still doesn't feel like it. Maschine users always complain that they aren't able to use VSTis - Live can host instruments - I smell a chance to rival Maschine's success. Anyway, even if such a controller doesn't fit into Ableton's product line a sample manager should be an absolute must - I mean, Live started as a sequencing instrument for samples...
