menu option + shortcut key for restarting Live

I work on a laptop so I am frequently unplugging all my peripherals (audio interface for example) to take the laptop other places. When I return to my desk and start working in Live I often realize that I don't have the interface plugged back in. I plug it in and of course have to restart Live to get it to connect so how about putting a command in the menu for restarting Live and a shortcut key to execute it.
