How about an option to have the 'back to arrangement' button follow the current quantization. This could allow you to be jamming in live and hit the 'back to arrangement' button which would occur on the next quantized bar. A lot more musical that trying to mouse click the button with any rhythmic accuracy.
For that matter, couldn't 'mute' buttons have the same option?
